Carol Vorderman, 62, ‘breaks the internet’ with fabulous figure as she works out during public spat
Carol Vorderman has been showered with compliments once again, showing off her fabulous figure during a recent workout. The former Countdown presenter showed off her latest personal workout by posting a series of photos and videos on Instagram.
Carroll got stuck into her latest workout with her boyfriend and personal trainer Mel Dean, which apparently involved a lot of long-lasting as well as sweat-inducing moves. Carole, 62, could be seen in a black one-piece with a yellow abstract design on top that showed off her curves and toned pins.
She kept her blonde tops open for the gym visit, which also included time outside in the fresh spring air, while her turquoise trainers completed the look. Carole then revealed the secrets to her fabulous figure as she took followers through her gym routine.

In photos and videos, Carole could be seen walking to the gym with weights in hand, while she was seen doing squats and sled push-ups for a full-body workout, all with a beaming smile on her face. “With the GIM boss @meldeane12,” Carol captioned her post.
“Starting to get a little stronger now… I can’t stop smiling when I’ve had a good gym session… my steering wheel gets beat up a lot singing on the way home. Huh,” he added. Former Loose Women star Saira Khan was one of the first to respond, writing in the comments:You look so fit and healthy – inspired!
And fans were also quick to share their own comments as they praised Carole’s hard work and complimented her gym-ready figure. @jamie.bradbury.5891 said: “Watching him push the sled at 4…might break the internet… looking good and working hard… respect.”
@oatsfitx wrote: “You have the body of a 20 year old, bless you!” @vicnsi shared: “You are an inspiration Carol. When I lack the motivation and desire to exercise, all I have to do is think about you and then I rush off.” @clipboardclaire added: “Go @carolvorders. After yesterday’s stress in Parliament, I’m sure you need to let off some steam.”
As one of his followers noted, Carol appeared in the Twitter series. A TV star has called on the women’s minister to resign after she “couldn’t be bothered to turn up” to a committee hearing on the menopause, but the politician accused the TV presenter of not dealing with the facts.
Maria Caulfield took to Twitter a day after the Women and Equalities Committee meeting to say she was unable to attend because she was with campaigners “which has been in the diary for months”. The MP, who is also the minister for women’s health strategy, tweeted that she was “not a punching bag” and said anyone posting “misleading information” about her would be banned from the social media platform.
Carroll posted a screenshot on Twitter showing that he had been blocked by a government minister and wrote: “Maria, show respect and resign.” When another Twitter user challenged Carol’s blocking, Ms Caulfield replied: “He did not mention facts. I couldn’t attend yesterday because I was seeing women struggling with painful hysteroscopies that had been journaling for months. I gave the commission alternative dates and they are facts.
The committee said it had invited Ms Caulfield to appear before members to discuss the Government’s plans for action on menopause in the workplace, “but the minister declined the invitation”. It is understood the committee only received a response from the minister about the dates he was available after their March 10 letter was published on Twitter on March 17.
The commission is believed to have contacted him several times before then to get an agreed date for the hearing. Commission chairwoman Caroline Knox confirmed at the end of Wednesday’s hearing that Ms Caulfield was expected to appear at a hearing in June.
Commons leader Penny Mordon rejected Labor calls for Ms Caulfield to apologize for not attending the committee hearing and cited the minister’s prior commitment. “It’s deeply ironic, especially on International Women’s Day when we were all using the hashtag ‘#AskHerToStand’ and wanting to support working women, that we are so quick to misrepresent ourselves. female partners in this location. I think it’s shocking.” “He does not need to apologize in any way to the people of this palace.”
