11 Ravens, specializing in the design and manufacturing of luxury custom game tables, furniture, lighting and more, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to work out of our Pacific Design Center showroom Monday – Friday. Responsibilities include inside sales, customer service, social media management, project management, and personal assistant duties. This position will also include working on Ravella Tequila, a sister company of 11 Ravens, which produces a luxury sipping tequila.

-Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest required.

-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!

-Technical knowledge of or prior experience with game tables and tequila is not necessary. It’s not brain surgery (wheewww!) and we’ll provide training.

– Contact new leads via email, phone and text to provide detailed product information, answer client questions, and get clients excited about our product.

– Follow up with leads and see new leads through to conversion into a sale by providing guidance and support with product selection, finishes, finish samples, renderings, etc.

– Assist clients in person in the showroom by educating them about our product and providing a memorable in-person experience.

– Prepare quotes and invoices for clients, and prepare purchase orders for the production team once a sale has been completed.

– Assist the Showroom Manager in all aspects of running the showroom – keeping the tables spotless, answering the phone, keeping necessary samples stocked, shipping out client samples, communicating with clients, and more!

– Assist the Director of Marketing with managing the social media accounts for 11 Ravens and Ravella, planning promotional events, managing the social media accounts for 11 Ravens and Ravella, planning promotional events, managing the development and ordering of products/print collateral/etc, working outside events on behalf of 11 Ravens and Ravella Tequila, running errands, and assisting in any other capacity as needed.

– Assist the Founder with drafting/sending emails, making phone calls, and managing projects small and large for 11 Ravens and Ravella Tequila.

– As 11 Ravens and Ravella Tequila grow, responsibilities may change and evolve; this position requires flexibility!

– We’ll be frank – our stuff is cool, and when you show our line to designers and customers, their eyes will light up. The designs, the finishes, and the versatility of our products will wow them, and will put a smile on their face.

The dreaded old-fashioned pool table is a real thing. The client that invests in building and furnishing their dream home doesn’t want game tables they’ll be embarrassed to show their friends – they want the coolest tables money can buy that will make a statement and complement their decor, which is exactly what we give them
