Tristan Thompson is in talks to make a major career move that will bring him closer to Khloe and Kardashian fans are outraged

NBA star Tristan Thompson could be getting closer to his baby mama Khloe Kardashian if his latest business deal goes through.

Tristan, 31, could be playing for the Los Angeles Lakers very soon.

It was recently reported that the Lakers are looking for more players to add to their roster to strengthen the team.

As well as working alongside 38-year-old Lakers star player LeBron James.

Right now, Tristan, who played alongside LeBron when they were both on the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Tony Bradley of the Oklahoma City Thunder are the two candidates to fill the Lakers’ slots.

Sports reporter, Shams Charania, explained the chatter surrounding Tristan and Tony in a tweet on Sunday.

“Los Angeles Lakers are working out free agent centers Tristan Thompson and Tony Bradley this week, sources tell me and @jovanbuha,” Shams tweeted.

“Thompson, an 11-year NBA veteran, was a key member of the 2016 championship Cavaliers team along with LeBron James.”

While this may be an exciting opportunity for the former reality star, many fans are not thrilled with her latest choice.

Fans recently took to a Reddit forum to weigh in on the father of three’s chances of becoming a Laker.

‘…PATHETIC’

“God The Lakers are PATHETIC,” said one fan.

“Both TT [Tristan Thompson] and Tony Bradley were removed from the bullpen.

“I’m a Bulls fan and they’re bad. Both players unfortunately aren’t good enough for the NBA. I love me some Tony Bradley but he’s a bummer.

“Tristan is the body of an NBA player…”

Other fans said LeBron considered Tristan because they were former teammates and said playing with LeBron again could “boost his career.”

“LeBron has a huge crush on him and is close with Tristan,” one insider said.

Another added: “Meeting LeBron could be a boost to his career.

“He needs to stay focused and not let his personal life interfere with his professional career.

This is his alley-ooop. He can pretty much throw it or his career is over!”

As Khloe, 38, lives in Los Angeles, the latest rumors about Tristan’s career plans fuel even more rumors about their relationship.

Rumors about their relationship were further fueled last week when they were snapped at Khloe’s BFFs Malika and Khadijah Haqq’s 40th birthday.

Khloe, at the star-studded event, sparked rumors of a relationship reconciliation after she was seen partying with ex-fiancé Tristan and baby daddy.

The reality star arrived at the event around 8pm in a sexy silver cut-out dress with lace detailing on the bust.

The TV personality teamed it with a chunky silver choker necklace and strappy heels and kept it down with a long black coat.

The Good American co-founder sported long white nails, dark sunglasses and carried a silver bag as she made her way inside.

Tristan appeared two hours later, wearing a black leather jacket and diamond jewelry.

Suspiciously, Khloe and her ex left the building at the same time around 1 a.m., although they exited through different exits.

The mother-of-two was seen leaving through the back door, while the father of her baby left through the front.
